After much research, reading reviews and reading reviews I decided to buy this car. I did a pre-purchase agreement on some of the negative reviews of customers in this forum is based. I also visited one of these machines in person at a local shop for a look first hand some of the questions that customers receive their contributions, he complained. My first purchase was to include the following topics:
* I accepted that, after extraction could do, Isome minor amendments in the Assembly;
* During installation, I have some connections with valves and fittings of best quality, I bought in a hardware store replaced;
* During installation, I removed many of the bolts and nuts, and added: "Loctite" for most compounds.
These little details at the meeting to avoid some of the problems I've read in reviews. Then, after completing the assembly by the engine oil and a quarter tank of gas,and after start-up instructions, I started the car. It 'started the first train and operate large. I run at full throttle and leave that up to ¼ tank low on fuel. While work, I turned the car and did a thorough check of the whole machine and how it works. During this visit, I asked a few comments for better performance. Below is a list of topics, and what I have on them.
* I discovered that it is daylightvacuum seal between the nozzle for the hacker / shredder housing. Consequently, a loss of vacuum suction to the leaves (one of the negative actions of some reviews) is. My solution: I removed the vacuum nozzle and installed with silicone rubber O-ring type is the face of the nozzle. Result: It is then sucked like a vacuum cleaner.
* I found that there are some blow-by in the occupied compound of the collection bag and felt the plastic slide fromChipper / shredder source of housing (potential dust and blows in the face of material during operation). This is due to wrinkling of felt heavy from collecting around the plastic bag. My solution: I wrapped a towel around the heavy equipment, plastic slide and a belt wrapped around the collection of sponge material that is attracted to the pocket seal and eliminates blow-by air and the dust and materials.
These minor changes in the assembly andduring setup solved some problems that some customers have complained in their reviews. The result is that for a few extra hours of harvest time, many additional dollars, and a little 'common sense, my Shredder Vacuum machine much better.
So I took the car and came back, limbs and branches in the feed hackers for about two hours without any problem. Ate the limbs of a diameter as small as my grandson chew cookies.Yes, he was a member more than 1 - ½ inches in diameter are fed a bit 'slower, but the machine chewed well. I saved a ladder, pull down on the smallest things and ensure that all members were fully aligned.
After that, I suck leaves and acorns for about an hour. As I said before, it sucked, just like a vacuum cleaner. Overall, I have three bags full of brush and limbs and empty and chipped two bags of shredded leaves. The material was crushedlarge and were immediately used for mixing with soil to fill some low points in my garden.
After my first use, I can take the motor fuel, which is to avoid the rubber carburetor. And I made sure it was all limbs and leaves, shredded and completely eliminated the chipper chute. This has ensured that there is no strength side when I started the next time being.
In summary, this is a good car, if you follow someCommon sense changes to installation and operational concepts that I have described. If a buyer is willing to consider some of these problems and to use a little 'common sense to solve the problem, he or she does not hesitate to watch this machine. It worked great for me.

previous reviews are excellent. Troybilt The C / S / M does the job quickly save hours of back breaking computing and large crushed leaves and branches that produce $ $ $ savings in spring beds and compost. The biggest problems are the starting point of the engine #%, the design of the bag and the wing nut on the device in front of shredder. Despite these problems, the Troybilt is solidly built and gets a tough job well, then we made him a fifth
Poorly designed BAG: We usedthe unit now for almost 4 years and have eaten a bag with only seasonal use, because the stock is so awkwardly constructed. One has to distinguish between the removal of the bag every time down in landfills or try to dial down throw shredded leaves wrapped in a cloth bag under the Neath drag to a new location. Should be easily possible repositioning pocket zipper bag is easy to be discharged "in a machine or a" leaf. I hope this suggestion Troybilt law.
HOMETrick: In terms of price - you have to restrict who can use the machine. It 'very difficult to pull the thing to start a nude. However, we found that with "A Fluid Power" - 2 dashes needed loosening one side of the carburetor air filter (screwdriver) --- air out of their way. The choke on halfway. Throttle halfway. Voila! It begins on a train! Once you run full throttle and choke off. If the device then re-started hotwhich will also stop using the right mouse button on start, the process is gas, suffocating.
Wing nuts: keep a further restriction, the nuts that fall on the body of the grinder all vibration, because there are backup windows, replace with stainless steel wing nuts and washers.
I Love the Smell of Wood Chips in the Morning - D. Stine - USA
I have nothing very positive experience with this product was because I received yesterday.
R & L Trucking delivered right to my garage floor just three days after I clicked on "Place your order".
I picked and oil in about 30 minutes and set right to work. The engine started and the first train has just started, every time after.
My first task was to remove large piles of branches killed near the compost pile, my wifehas been bugging me for weeks. The helicopter turned into a small pile of chips in the Itty Bitty about an hour and a half.
I used leaf vacuum today just to make sure we are ready for the onslaught of oak leaves that are starting in a few weeks. I was pleased with the power vacuum and the ability to break. I measured the resulting sheet, and dust that had reduced from 9.8065 to 1. This is close enough to 10:1 to me. (Kidding. But the shreds of paper are darnsmall.)
The machine has a single auxiliary drive sprocket on the left side, but the entire rear axle evenly and reaches the goal of entry into force design self-propelled. The vacuum pulled straight my way to a stately pace very little steering input from me.
Make sure the stick last throw the attacker before the engine cut a pretty long so that all bits unchipped knife not far from clear. If a piece isjammed in the hacker would not even be able to pull the starting time later.
Overall, I'm looking forward to this case, effective new tool in my shed. Now I can set my face with its neighbors are proud of the new clean look of my lawn.
